Biography
Jezzebelle are an Original Rhythm & Roots duo from Dublin, Ireland. Katie Carpenter (Vocals) & Gary Burke (Guitar & Vocals) cite their main influences as Fleetwood Mac & Bruce Springsteen. They’re unsigned and self-managed and on 22nd March 2012 released their latest EP ‘Back to The Start’.

‘Back to The Start’ is a 5-song, all-acoustic collection and is a much rawer recording than the album that preceded it. Recorded in Hollywood in August 2011 during a break from touring, it’s produced, recorded & mixed by Irishwoman Sharon Kearney and mastered by Mark Chalecki. Vocalist Katie Carpenter recently teamed up with Producer/Arranger John O’Kennedy and Dylanna Music in the USA to release a Celtic version of ’Unchained Melody’ for inclusion on their upcoming compilation: ‘Variations: Dylanna Music Presents Unchained Melody’ which is currently available through iTunes worldwide. Jezzebelle are full and willing participants of the “online music generation” and you’ll find them on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and many other sites besides but the LIVE SHOW is where it’s at. 2011 was spent on the touring in Ireland, UK, Italy, USA & Canada. They also launched ‘Jezzebelle Rolling’ – their monthly “get to know the band” video blog. 2012 will see Jezzebelle back out on the road again, in Ireland and in the USA in support of the new EP.
